Both the fork and the shock perform like a real suspension should! You can feel the change in the settings, they keep you planted when you are on the trail and can take big hits when you jump, without any hesitation. The fork flex is minimal, so even the stopping is improved. Also I should mention that the fork really does look like a pice of art! With the stock suspension on most of this small e-motos you have something that does something, but they are far, far away from what a good suspension set up should do, the Rfloxa does it, and you feel and know that you have the suspension to back you up in any situation. 5 stars from me, highly recommend it!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the incredible service I received. You guys got back to me within 30 minutes of my email, and had a new shock sent out the very next day—super fast and smooth. I really appreciate how easy and professional the whole process was. It got me back up and riding without missing a beat.

Now that I’ve had a week of riding with the new rear shock, I can definitely say it’s a game changer. The ride quality is amazing—super plush, takes all the hits, and just feels solid. I live in an area where everyone rides Surrons, mostly dirt and trail riding, and we’re always looking for better suspension. I’ll absolutely be recommending you guys to everyone.

After this experience, I’ve already made up my mind—when im able to get front forks, I’m going with you. Do you have any recommendations for your best front fork setup for jumps and trail riding?

I purchased the RFloXa RHD03 Rear Shock

I purchased an Eahora Juliet Pro II, that came with the RFloXa RHD01 rear shock. It didn't allow for any adjustments, so I contacted RFloXa to see if I could fit their RHD03 shock on my bike. Lauren, in the Marketing Department, told me that my bike would require a custom length (175mm), but they would be glad to build it for me. Working with her was great...she was very professional and responsive. The shock was delivered rather quickly, considering that it needed to be custom manufactured specifically for me. It was a perfect fit, and was very easy for me to install (I am NOT a bike mechanic). I love the RHD03 and I find it to be just the upgrade that my suspension needed. Thank you to Lauren and the folks at RFloXa!!! Btw, the price was very reasonable, considering that it was a custom job.

I only have the not so great stock forks to compare to, and mine were broken for some time before replacing them. That said, these forks seem amazing, a million times better than broken stock forks.
