Orders will be processed within Two business days of receipt.
If the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order earlier than the time of shipment and within the time specified for initiating the cancellation, the order can be canceled.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
“Don’t like it”, “Don’t want it anymore”"Customs inspection"or any delayed delivery caused by the carrier can NOT be deemed as a valid reason for a return. The customer will have to pay the ACTUAL round-trip freight. Considering the package is unopened. The freight will be deducted from the refund.
Since the original packing is opened, whether the suspension is assembled or not. It can’t be sold as a new suspension. We will charge a depreciation cost which is 30% of the suspension’s sell price.
Returns (if applicable)
For EU country, We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
For other worldwide country, We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 7 days or 14 days refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee of ship to consumer and ship back to RFLOXA. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

First off, I’m not being paid or sponsored for this review. I just wanted to share my experience because when I was researching suspension upgrades for my 2025 E-Ride Pro SR, I struggled to find good information on different setups, especially when running larger wheels.
I was looking for something that could handle both 19”/16” and 21”/18” wheel setups, as the stock suspension just wasn’t giving me the travel and performance I needed, particularly with the 21” front wheel.
I also didn’t want to spend half the price of the bike on suspension!

What an incredible improvement over stock! The build quality is excellent, the adjustability is fantastic, and the performance on technical single-track trails has genuinely exceeded my expectations.
I’ve tested these shocks with both wheel configurations, and they’ve completely transformed how the bike handles. The suspension feels planted, controlled, and confidence-inspiring, especially over rough terrain.

Night in Day compared to the stock KKE. It behaves more like a motorcycle fork, then a mountain bike. Excellent controls with rebound dampening, etc. This fork can handle whatever you throw at it
