What is the triple clamp height and why is it important for your ride? The triple clamp height refers to the height at which the triple clamp protrudes above the top of the fork tube. This height influences your bike’s steering responsiveness, front-end stability, and overall handling characteristics.
To improve control and agility: Adjust the triple clamp position to be 5mm to 10mm below the fork top cap. This makes steering more agile and responsive—ideal for narrow, technical trails.
To enhance stability at high speeds: Set the triple clamp approximately 2mm below the fork top cap. This improves straight-line stability when riding fast downhill or on open roads.
Procedure:

First off, I’m not being paid or sponsored for this review. I just wanted to share my experience because when I was researching suspension upgrades for my 2025 E-Ride Pro SR, I struggled to find good information on different setups, especially when running larger wheels.
I was looking for something that could handle both 19”/16” and 21”/18” wheel setups, as the stock suspension just wasn’t giving me the travel and performance I needed, particularly with the 21” front wheel.
