1.2 Scope and Regulations of Warranty
The shock absorbers produced by our company are subject to quality assurance: Within three months from the date of purchase, if any material or workmanship defects affecting the user are found, free repair or replacement of parts will be provided. If one of the following situations occurs, warranty services will not be provided. However, our company adheres to the principle of being responsible to the user and still provides repair services. We will charge transportation costs, parts costs, and labor costs at our discretion.
1.2.1 Exceeding the specified deadline (based on valid invoices)
1.2.2 Damage caused by accidents or abnormal use such as acrobatics, bouncing, falling, etc

First off, I’m not being paid or sponsored for this review. I just wanted to share my experience because when I was researching suspension upgrades for my 2025 E-Ride Pro SR, I struggled to find good information on different setups, especially when running larger wheels.
I was looking for something that could handle both 19”/16” and 21”/18” wheel setups, as the stock suspension just wasn’t giving me the travel and performance I needed, particularly with the 21” front wheel.
I also didn’t want to spend half the price of the bike on suspension!

What an incredible improvement over stock! The build quality is excellent, the adjustability is fantastic, and the performance on technical single-track trails has genuinely exceeded my expectations.
I’ve tested these shocks with both wheel configurations, and they’ve completely transformed how the bike handles. The suspension feels planted, controlled, and confidence-inspiring, especially over rough terrain.
RFLOXA deserves some serious recognition for producing a quality suspension setup at a reasonable price. It’s refreshing to find a company delivering this level of performance without the ridiculous price tag.

Night in Day compared to the stock KKE. It behaves more like a motorcycle fork, then a mountain bike. Excellent controls with rebound dampening, etc. This fork can handle whatever you throw at it
